Religious Education, Prayer and Chapel Service

Students in the Montessori classes participate in a daily non-denominational Bible devotion that is teacher-led and age-appropriate.

Teacher-led and/or student-led prayer will be a daily activity at the school.  We encourage parents and other stakeholders to pray daily for the children, staff members and the board.  

Students in 7th grade and higher participate in a 45-minute chapel service every other Tuesday beginning at 9:40 am led by the Woodlawn Church Student Pastor or other guest speakers.  Students in Kindergarten through 6th grade participate in a 30-minute chapel service every other Thursday beginning at 2:00 pm led by the Woodlawn Church Kids Pastor and other guest speakers.  Parents are welcomed to attend chapel services with their student.
